For this to be a grooming and boarding business you would think they would know about dogs! I was given a price for boarding our Bassett. When we returned all our stuff smelled like smoke and the price was nearly double what we were told because they considered our dog a large dog and also charged us a bath fee! Which was not requested and given to her right before they gave her back. My guess is this was to get rid of the smoke smell! Then she proceeded to tell us that they had put up with a lot of crap from our dog. I only hope they treat their own dogs better than they treated ours.
